Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellations must be made no later than 14 working days from date of booking..
2. Cancellations made within 14 days are liable for half the full boarding fee.
3. Cancellations made seven days or under are liable for the full boarding fee.
4. In the event of an owner returning before the end of a booked period the full amount will still be charged
5. There will be no reduction in fees if you bring your cat later than the dates booked for arrival date or if cat is collected earlier than booked date.
6. A non-returnable deposit of £25.00 is required when booking which will be deducted from your Final bill.
7. Payment is to be made in FULL on ARRIVAL by cash or cheque with a guarantee card.
Day of arrival is charged at full rate .
8. Day of departure will not be charged if cat/s are collected before 10.30am only by prior arrangement on day of booking.
9. Minimum stay of 3days / 5days over Xmas New Year period.
10. Any additional costs incurred during stay must be paid for upon collection.
11. Due to high demand in peak times it is important that you allow enough time to allow for flight and traffic problems to allow you to collect your cat/s on the day and time agreed.
12. Customers who fail to pick up their cats on the day agreed at the time of booking will be charged extra days boarding.
13. We are unable to accept un-neutered males.
14. VACCINATION CERTIFICATES must be shown on arrival.
15. Please ensure that your cat/s have been treated for fleas/worms.
16. We have the services of our local veterinary .In the unlikely event that your cat/s may need veterinary services we will do our best to use your own vet if necessary we will use ours. Veterinary fees will be passed on to the customer along with a £10 transport fee to the veterinary clinic.
17. Our premises are fully alarmed and we have CCTV for the security of our guests.
18. Opening hours are Monday through Saturday 10am - 12noon and 4pm -6pm. Sunday 10am - 12noon
